Initial intake fee

$90.00 — One Time Fee. The initial interview is mandated by the state of California and allows the parents to provide all the information required in order to satisfy court requirements and safety requirements for the child. All policies and procedures are reviewed so all parties are comfortable with the process. Each parent, as well as any other authorized persons allowed in the visitation, are required to have an initial intake.  

Supervised exchanges

Variable rate — I offer this service when there is a need for supervision of the transfer of the child from one parent to the other. Precautions are taken to ensure that the two parents or other individual exchanging the child do not come into contact with one another.

Visitation reports

Detailed Report is $250 for one month of notes — Price Is Per Copy. Must request at least 7 days in advance to recieve the Detailed Report.Reports will be provided within 5 business days after your request is accepted.

Incident Report is $60 per incident — Price Is Per Copy.

List of Supervised Visitation Dates (Summary Report) - $75.00 — Price Is Per Copy.

Supervised visitation monitoring

Starting at: $50/hour* Off Site— . I supervise court-ordered visits between child and the non-custodial parent, to ensure a safe and positive experience.

*Travel Expenses Billed Separately
The rate for driving children to and from exchanges, visitaion, etc. begins at $15.00 each direction, if the locations are further than 10 miles, the rates may increase $1.50 per mile.*

Phone Visitations

$20 every 15 minutes — Bilingual in Spanish.

Witness Fee

$500.00 Must be paid in advanced — Applies if I am subpoenaed or requested to appear in court.
